Refund & Exchange Policy

At McCallops, we strive to ensure you have the best shopping experience with us. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help. That’s why we offer an easy, hassle-free 6-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  1. Visit our website and go to the “Returns & Exchanges” section.

     

  2. Select the item you wish to return or exchange and submit a valid reason.

     

  3. Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pick-up from your provided address within 6 days of delivery.

     

  4. You’ll receive an email with the pick-up details including the courier name and contact information.
Return Guidelines

To ensure a successful return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact and returned in the original packaging.

  • Worn or damaged products may not be eligible for return.

  • Our courier partner will make two pickup attempts. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to self-ship the product to us.

⚠️ Please note: Products purchased under any sale, discount, or promotional offer are only eligible for exchange. Returns and refunds are not applicable on such items.

After we receive the product, our quality team will inspect it. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned product passes our quality check.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds are not applicable for COD orders. However, we offer the following options:

  • A replacement or exchange of your choice (of equal value), or

  • Store credit (after deducting minimal shipping charges), which will be added to your wallet for future purchases.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Important Points
  • Cancellations can only be made before dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, it is no longer eligible for return or further exchange.


Self-Managed Returns

If your location is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you can self-ship the product to:

📍 Note: Please mention your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.

  • Ensure secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.

  • Items must be unused with tags and original packaging.

  • Upon receiving and approving the return, we will:

    • Refund the full product amount for prepaid orders within 48 hours.

    • Issue a coupon code for the full amount for COD orders, valid for 1 year.

💡 We recommend using Speed Post (India Post) for returns. Courier costs above ₹100 will not be reimbursed.
