Product Display and Information

However, due to screen resolutions and color settings of individual devices, the appearance of the product may slightly vary from what you see online. Our size guide offers approximate measurements, and minor tolerances of up to an inch are industry standard and should not be considered defects. We encourage all shoppers to refer to sizing details or connect with us via WhatsApp or phone if any clarification is needed before making a purchase.
Order Process and Verification
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS summarizing your purchase. However, before we process the dispatch, our team will personally reach out to you via a call or WhatsApp to confirm your address and size. This extra step ensures that you get the best fit and reduces any issues post-delivery. Orders without verification or with unreachable contact information may be placed on hold or canceled. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion based on stock availability or other internal checks.
Shipping and Delivery Timelines
At McCallops, we aim to process and dispatch your order promptly so that you can wear your new favorite outfit without delay. Orders that are verified and confirmed before 12:00 PM on working days (Monday to Saturday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received after that time or during public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Once shipped, deliveries typically take 4–6 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email to follow your order’s journey. Please note that delays caused by external factors such as courier strikes, weather issues, or public unrest are beyond our control, though we will keep you informed in such cases.
Payment Terms and Modes
We offer a range of secure and convenient payment methods to suit your preference. You can pay for your McCallops order using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit or Credit Cards, Net Banking, and select wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for specific pin codes, though COD may involve a small service charge. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways to ensure complete safety. In case a payment fails but the amount is debited, it usually gets refunded back by your bank within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, we allow cancellations within 1 hour of purchase, or before the order has been dispatched—whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, you can reach out to our support team via WhatsApp or phone. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. For COD orders, refusal at the time of delivery without a valid reason may affect your eligibility for future COD orders on McCallops.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We understand that sometimes things may not work out—and that’s completely okay. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
The first exchange (for size or style) is completely free, but repeat exchanges may attract a nominal shipping charge.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes our quality check. Please note that a minimal processing or handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
For COD returns, we offer refunds via UPI or bank transfer with a similar minimal deduction applied.
Please note, certain categories like innerwear or accessories (if introduced) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Discounts, Offers, and Promotions
We love rewarding our community with discounts and exclusive offers. Promotional codes or coupons shared via our marketing campaigns, SMS, or social media must be used as per the specified terms—such as validity dates, minimum cart values, or product categories. Offers cannot be clubbed unless explicitly mentioned. Any misuse or suspicious activity (e.g., creating multiple accounts to avail a discount repeatedly) may lead to order cancellation and account suspension.
Intellectual Property and Brand Protection
All trademarks, logos, product designs, website content, and visual assets displayed on www.mccallops.in are the exclusive property of McCallops. No part of our site—including product images, descriptions, or branding—may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
