To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item needs to be in its original packaging, undamaged, unworn, and with all of the original tags still on.
Within three days of receiving the package, you must create a return or exchange request.
No exchanges or returns are accepted for any of the accessories that are offered on the website.
IMPORTANT NOTE: – You are not able to exchange or return items that you purchase on sale.
An order number may only be exchanged or returned once under the exchange and return policy.
Promotional deals and discounts do not apply to returned or exchanged items.
We will start the refund process within 24 hours of our courier partner picking up the items and our team finishing the quality check. Within a day, you should be able to view the shop credits that will be issued as a refund.
Shipping and Handling
The exchange process involves two shipments:
1. Shipment of Product to be Exchanged or Returned:
For your convenience, we offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 199 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items in the order. If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you may choose to self-ship the product(s) back to us using a trusted courier service within 5 days of initiating the exchange request.
Responsibility for Correct Item Exchange: If an incorrect product is received, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct item is handed over to the Delhivery Logistic Partner for exchange.
Reshipping Charges for Wrong Self-Shipment: If we receive the wrong product and it needs to be reshipped, the customer is required to pay a fee of Rs.150 to reship the item to the designated address.

2. Shipment of the New Product to the Customer:
- Mccalops will handle the shipping costs for sending the new product to you.
How to Initiate an Exchange
1. To initiate an exchange, please raise a request via our exchange portal or click here.
2. Our customer service team will respond with approval based on the availability of the new product.
3. Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement to you.
How to Initiate a Refund
1. To initiate a return, go to the "My Orders" section on the Mccalops website and select 'Return.'
2. Please note that all refunds will be issued as store credits, which you can expect to see within 24 hours.
Damaged or Defective Items
- In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect order, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with an unboxing video for confirmation.
- Please provide 3-5 high-quality images of the defect and a clear picture of the original intact tag.
- If you encounter a technical issue and can't reach our server, you can contact us at team@mccalops.in. Please note that any complaint raised after 48 hours will not be considered.
